Jolefille RETURN & REFUND policy
We take pride in our reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase. We will assist you with a prompt refund. Jolefille return will be accept up to 30 days from you got the package. And the Return Freight will be made at our own cost.

RETURN TERMS.
1,The item must be returned in original package,unused condition.
2,The return package must including the Free Gifts and Greeting Card if the package have.
3,Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you got the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
4,We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns,Please pay the shipping fee advance. We will refund the money to you including the return freight.

HOW TO RETURN AND REFUND
1,Please contact our customer service team if you need to process a return for any reason, service@jolefille.com .
2,We will reply you in 24 hours.The return shipping address will be sent to you in an email and we will take care of it right away. Please ship the items back to the address we send to you.
3,Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return. So Please email me your tracking no after you ship out the package.
4,We will refund the money to you after we get the return package or it can tracked on line.
5,If you want to exchange one, we will resend a certain one to you after we get the return package or it can tracked on line.

As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.
